Aromatic Description: This resin oil is rich warm, spicy and a bit lemon-like. It is a bit incense-like, and slightly camphoraceous, yet with a distinct balsamic note.

Perfumery Note: Base/Middle

Aromatherapy Properties: (Uses) Restorative, refreshing and stimulating. Fortifying. Warming. Meditation aid.

Pure & Therapeutic Essential Oils :

This oil is Therapeutic Grade. Commercial Grade essential oils are usually made of the left over plant materials after finishing the therapeutic distillation process. The commercial grade oils retain a robust fragrance suitable for soap making, candle making, as well as cosmetic manufacturing. Unfortunately, because of the reduced active therapeutic content, the commercial grade oils will not be suitable for aromatherapy or massage therapy applications. Silky Scents Essential Oils are all Pure and Therapeutic Grade, not Commercial Grade.

Blends well with: Frankincense, Spikenard Wild Crafted or Clary Sage to enhance the spiritual power of this oil. Pine, Juniper, and Cypress to make it more "green". Lavender/Lavandin, Chamomile, Rose and Sandalwood would be great partners in a skin care blend. Vetiver, Patchouli would enhance the aphrodisiac/oriental character of the aroma.
