Niacinamide is the biologically active form of niacin, Vitamin B3. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) increases the rate of skin exfoliation and increases moisture barrier repair. Studies have shown it to be useful in increasing synthesis of collagen and lipids, inhibiting the transfer of melanosomes and decreasing inflammation. Per Dr. Draelos, "Niacinamide is one of the vitamins that I believe we'll hear more and more about in the coming years. Already, topical 4% niacinamide has been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of papular and pustular acne in a 4% gel, as well as the improvement of skin cancer and its anti-tumor characteristics,''.   Using Directions:

• Diffuser: Add 20 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
• Massage Oil: Mix the 9 drops of the blend Blend well with 1 oz of virgin olive oil in a clean, dark-colored glass container, or fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil.

• Supplement: With consulting your doctor or aromatherapist, Once a day, add one drop of the "Bentonite Blend" and one tablespoon of the "Bentonite Clay" to an 8 oz water or juice. Stir well and drink.

• Massage Oil: Add 5 ml of the blend to a 4 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil., mix it well. Then pour a enough amount of the oil to cover the intended area in the palm of your hands and apply it to the skin (Do not rub your hands together, or some of the oil will be observed to your hands rather than where you want to apply). Rub the mixture until it is fully absorbed. This can be repeated twice or three times a day as required.
• Diffuser: Add 10 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.

  Using Directions:

• Diffuser: Add 8 to 10 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
• Massage Oil: add 20 to 25 drops of the blend to 1/4 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil. Fill the Free included Roll-On with the blend and apply it behind the ears, the wrists, on the neck and on the forehead. If you do not have a very sensitive skin, you can also use this blend without mixing it with a carrier oil. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
• Bath Salts: Using a fork and a bowl, mix 15-25 drops with 1 cup unscented Dead Sea bath salt. Store the bath salt in a air tight container. Use 1/4 cup per bath water.
• Bath Oils: Add 25 drops to a 2oz carrier oil , mix it well. Add 1/4 oz  to your bath water.
